Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Technician role that is located in Halifax, NS, reporting to the Technical Manager. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing security or communication systems and ensuring that they are functioning properly. The technician will also be required to troubleshoot and resolve issues with these systems in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Experience with security and communications systems installation, maintenance, and repair
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and circuitry
• Expertise in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently as required
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with tools and equipment required for security and communication systems work
• Completion of related training or certification programs is considered an asset
