The Store Operations Administrator will report to the Store Manager and will be responsible for store payroll, financials, records keeping, store programs, and colleague lifecycle management. The successful candidate will work closely with department leadership to ensure company processes are followed.

What you'll do:

  • Be a contact for colleagues on company processes, forms, and resources
  • Be responsible for basic accounting duties ??? payroll, accounts payable, supplies, and other financials
  • Be proactive in the recruitment cycle of new hires ??? job postings, onboarding, and orientations
  • Be diligent in maintaining employee database to ensure accurate information
  • Be accountable for office duties as indicated by Store Manager
  • Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
  • Help plan, execute, and champion store colleague events when they arise
  • Help plan and monitor labour and scheduling forecasting in store to align with company standards
  • Additional store operations tasks as assigned by store manager

What you?۪ll bring:

  • Familiarity with company systems would be an asset (Workday, SAP, Work Force Management, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications would be an asset
  • Must be available to work days, periodic evenings, and weekends (including Sundays) at 40 hours/week
  • A demonstrated teammate committed to contributing to the team results
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities-able to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • An eager personality to obtain and maintain positive metrics you are assigned
