Spa Receptionist
Job Description
J'adore Nails Salon & Spa is looking for a friendly and welcoming
Receptionist to join our team. This is a Full-Time position with work hours varying between 40-42 hours per week.
Primary Duties Include But Not Limited To
- General Reception and clerical work.
- Completing daily opening and closing duties.
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients.
- Interact with clients and salon staff in a professional manner.
- Assisting staff with setup when needed.
- Resolve clients' concerns or complaints professionally.
- Answering phones, and responding to daily emails, inquiries, and voice messages.
- Booking appointments and reservations via phone, in person, or by email.
- Processing sales via debit/credit card payments.
- Calculating daily sales receipts/transactions.
- Updating and organizing inventory.
- Be knowledgeable of all services and treatments offered by J’adore Nails Salon & Spa.
- Assist in spa cleaning and organization of all areas of the salon.
- Assist with social media postings.
- Able to work shifts from Mondays – Saturdays.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Essential Skills
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Exemplary customer service skills and a demonstrated willingness to exceed guest expectations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word, Point of Sale, and Online Booking applications.
