Shift Manager

Job Description

We're currently seeking a Shift Manager for our client in the hospitality or retail industry. If you have strong leadership skills, can handle responsibilities during your assigned shift, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd like to introduce you to this role as a key contributor to our client's team.

Requirements-

  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years


Tasks-

  • Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during the shift.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on priorities.
  • Monitor employee performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage cash registers, reconcile cash drawers, and oversee transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Conduct opening or closing procedures, including facility checks and security measures.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain efficient operations.
  • Assist in inventory management, restocking, and controlling stock levels.
  • Generate shift reports, detailing sales, incidents, and other relevant information.
