Shift Manager
Job Description
We're currently seeking a Shift Manager for our client in the hospitality or retail industry. If you have strong leadership skills, can handle responsibilities during your assigned shift, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd like to introduce you to this role as a key contributor to our client's team.
Requirements-

- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth workflow during the shift.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on priorities.
- Monitor employee performance, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries, and complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage cash registers, reconcile cash drawers, and oversee transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Conduct opening or closing procedures, including facility checks and security measures.
- Coordinate with other departments to maintain efficient operations.
- Assist in inventory management, restocking, and controlling stock levels.
- Generate shift reports, detailing sales, incidents, and other relevant information.
