As a Senior Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include: Working independently and within a team environment to support our client service colleagues to produce high quality client deliverables Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat to proofread and assemble financial statements, tax returns, correspondence, proposals and presentations in accordance with firm standards and branding Preparation of letters and reports using firm templates in compliance with firm standards Proofread, review for quality and verify content before finalizing any client deliverables Scan documents and embed in electronic file Participate in training and stay current with company software Provide billing support using various Grant Thornton systems and in accordance with the terms of the engagement letter Entering and maintaining client data using Microsoft Dynamics 365 software, creating jobs in D365, rolling forward of jobs/files, and archiving as appropriate for the engagement Coordinating internal/external meetings, room bookings, meals/catering and events General administrative duties including, but not limited to: reception backup, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing Be Grant Thornton If you’re a bit like us, you’re driven to connect with how others are feeling and thinking. Here's a few more boxes we’re also hoping you can tick: Significant work experience demonstrating use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams) 2 to 4+ years of administrative experience Excellent data entry skills and high attention to detail with an aptitude for proofreading and suggesting alternatives Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Exceptional client service mindset Computer savvy – ability to learn and troubleshoot various computer programs Able to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy Takes initiative, takes direction and works well independently Keen attention to detail, efficient and accurateAt Grant Thornton we’re focused on making a difference in the lives of our clients, our colleagues and our communities.
