Reporting to the Manager of the Natural Products Marketing Council, you will provide a wide range of administrative, coordination and logistical support services for the Council and Council staff. You will be the initial point of contact for inquiries to the Council.
In this position, the Council will rely on your ability to multitask and manage changing priorities on tight deadlines to keep our team on track. You will be accountable for processing and receiving mail, tracking correspondence and data entry, recording minutes, developing correspondence, collating, and organizing numerous streams of information, supporting records management for the Council, and recording, verifying and processing financial documents, transactions and payments. You must demonstrate careful attention to detail, dependability, efficiency and be self-motivated.

This is a Term/Temporary/Casual employment opportunity with an anticipated end date of 9 months from the start date. Should this position end sooner that expected, the employer will provide two (2) weeks notice. The appointment status (???term?۪, ???temporary?۪ or ???casual?۪) is dependent on the start date of the successful candidate.
Pay Grade: CL 18
Salary Range: $1,675.62 - $1,874.80 Bi-Weekly
