Sales Representative - Installation Services

 



We are looking to expand our team with experienced Sales Representatives for our Installation Services department: Exterior, Interior Sales - Flooring, Blinds, Bathrooms.



For this position you will receive a base salary plus uncapped commission following a probationary period



Earning average: $50,000 - $60,000 (including commission)



What you will do:

- Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Clarif y and u nderstand customers’ needs and take them to the best solution(s) for their projects.
- P rovide the customer with an exceptional experience.
- Prepare estimates and negotiate installation service agreements.
- Work with project coordinators to align project s between installation service professionals and customers.
- Build new business relationships with customers that will result in repeat business. 
- Document all sales activities in company CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and keep current.
- Stay updated about latest products trends and market conditions.




What you will bring:

- Experience in a commissioned sales environment is an asset
- Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision.
- Organized, c an manage multiple projects, m eet deadlines and sales objectives.
- Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs.
- Able to travel to customer sites, a valid driver’s license is required.
- Knowledge or experience with renovation process, building materials, and interior or exterior design would be considered an asset
- Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset).
