You: have a minimum of two years’ experience in a sales role involving both inbound and outbound sales have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets an entrepreneurial sales professional with exemplary customer service skills have a competitive drive to consistently strive for the top have the ability to build client relationships, secure business and maximize opportunities are passionate about worldwide travel are confident and self-motivated have a strong attention to detail and are highly organized have exceptional written and verbal communication skills We: have a base salary with a lucrative bonus structure (no cap on bonuses!) have a strong and supportive culture that is committed to your professional growth regular team events (Activate, BBQs, escape rooms) to celebrate our team culture offer fun and challenging work offer thorough and comprehensive paid training offer excellent health/dental benefits offer Monday to Friday schedule offer remote work-from-home arrangements, with all necessary equipment The Work: Gain understanding of client requirements & convert inquiries into luxury hotel reservations through inbound and outbound calls and email Explain and actively sell the hotels' products and facilities and display thorough knowledge of hotel services and promotions Communicate and build relationships with existing customers to gain their loyalty and secure continuing sales Manage a portfolio of clients and maximize revenue opportunities through regular contact/travel planning Expand client base through referrals and exploring corporate opportunities Promote and sell elevated membership program, allowing clients access to additional perks Pay Details: Base: $36,500 Paid training (3 months) Total on-target earnings year 1: $45,000-50,000 (estimation) Total on-target earnings year 2: $50,000-60,000 (estimation) Start date: approximately Oct. 23, 2023 Reasonable accommodations are available to applicants with disabilities, and we seek their advice on how best to accommodate their needs.
