At Mr. Service HVAC, we have a great opportunity for our HVAC Sales Consultant – Working as an Independent Contractor . We are looking for an optimistic results-driven individual with a high-integrity to join our service department. As a new trusted Canadian owned and operated company, there will also be potential for advancement within our company. Compensation: Purely Commission (Based on percentage of commission set), you can earn up to $100,000 per year if the sales targets are met. Please note that this position is purely commission-based and contractor-based Job Responsibilities: Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals Handle inbound and outbound warm leads with professionalism and efficiency. Introduce new products and programs to customers and possess a strong understanding of HVAC services and terminology Providing product information, pricing quotations, and follow-up on quotes Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with clients and accordingly sell services/products Calling leads using a list of phone numbers provided to you Resolving client concerns and accepting incoming calls Educate homeowners on how they can improve their HVAC systems using our company’s products/services Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process Qualifications: Sales (minimum 2 years) is required HVAC knowledge and background is strongly preferred Strong communication skills with ability to resolve conflict Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Job Types: Full-time, Freelance Salary: $80,000.00-$200,000.00 per year Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Supplemental pay types: Commission pay Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
