Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to boost our inside sales by actively engaging in the identification and outreach to potential new customers. This role entails assessing customer needs, recognizing opportunities, presenting effective solutions, closing deals, and fostering lasting relationships. The ability to manage client accounts independently and work seamlessly within a team is essential. Qualifications: Successful candidates will demonstrate comprehensive expertise in flooring sales, including a strong understanding of various flooring types, proficiency in measuring and quoting jobs. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Floor Covering Industry as a sales representative, encompassing both commercial and residential sectors. Additionally, proficiency in reading blueprints, possessing a valid driver's license, and having access to a reliable vehicle are prerequisites. Comfort with computer usage is also expected.
