We are a growing organization and looking for talented individuals to join our growing team, working out of our Head Office in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join the SatCom team at our office in Dartmouth, NS.

Reporting to the Manager of Customer Success and Sales Operations, the Sales Administrator is a highly motivated individual, who will work closely with Sales.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Comfortable reaching out to customers by phone and email.
• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Assist with drafting proposals, bids, and presentations.
• Management of general Sales email inbox.
• Assist with order processing.
• Draft and distribute memos, forms, and various customer-facing correspondence.
• Contract Management.
• Process improvement initiatives.
• Create/review CRM reports as required.
• Other duties as needed.

Education:

• Certificate/Degree in Business Administration.
• Equivalent work experience will be considered.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience as a Sales administrator or Sales support person.
• Strong business acumen.
• Professional demeanor.
• Proactive, self-starter by nature.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical and Non-Technical Skills

• Is extremely self-sufficient and can deliver necessary work with minimal supervision.
• Has a strong sense of customer service.
• Demonstrates excellent skills in working as part of a team.
