Mediprobe Research Inc. is a dermatology practice focused on research and publication. We are looking for a full-time (32.5-37.5 hours/week) Research Assistant to join our London, ON research team. You will develop and prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals. Candidates must be fluent in English; prior writing experience and publication record are required . Required Skills: · Degree in Medical or Biological Sciences · Advanced degree (Master’s degree, PhD) in medical or life sciences preferred · Previous experience authoring and publishing scientific articles required · Familiarity with academic literature searches using online health databases · Knowledge of basic statistics · Well organized, and able to clearly identify and manage shifting priorities · Able to work independently and as a team · Starting salary at $30.00-$35.00 per hour dependent upon experience and qualifications Job Type: Full-time Salary: $30.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.5 – 37.5 per week Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Flexible Language Requirement: French not required Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Application question(s): Have you published previously in a peer-reviewed academic journal?
