Receptionist - Optometrist
Job Description
Candidate must have excellent phone and customer service skills.
Must be bilingual.
Must be detail-oriented and be able to multitask and work efficiently.
Previous optical or healthcare experience an asset, but not required. Must be familiar with Windows and related software.
Duties Include But Not Limited To
Greeting patients in a professional & friendly manner.
Data entry of patient information.
Scheduling and confirming appointments.
Billing and processing insurance.
Front desk/clerical duties which include filing, scanning, and faxing.
Recalling patients to book exams, balancing payments and closing the day.
Approximately 30 - 37.5 hours per week.
