Randstad is now looking for a permanent Receptionist position for our clients in Halifax.
Are you a self-motivated, excellent communicator and organized individual? This role is a combination of customer services and general Admin work.

Responsibilities
- Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner
- Answer the phone, direct calls, accurately receive and relay messages, processing and distributing mails
- Ensure professional and friendly interactions with internal and external customers.
- Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
- Ensuring delivered equipment is organized and labelled
- Providing overall support to the running of the office
- Admin support projects as designated
Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in an Receptionist/administrative or clerical assistant role
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Outlook experience
- Professional behavior is a must
