Receptionist
Job Description
We are seeking to hire a Receptionist to join us. The Receptionist will be responsible for a wide range of day-to-day administration requirements to ensure a functional and efficient office environment. The Receptionist will support operations, accounting, human resources, and provide general administrative assistance to the project sites when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
- Professional interaction with all levels of staff within the organization from the
- Front line to senior executives
- Exhibits a polite and professional manner at all times
- Handles monthly posting of accounts payable invoices
- Meets and greets all visitors in a positive, friendly manner
- Provides primary phone support, answering all incoming calls and queries and transferring to appropriate parties
- Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form
- Establishes and maintains accounts with local suppliers for miscellaneous ??tems for the office
- Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years?۪ experience as an Office Administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams)
- Advanced knowledge of construction practices and contract documentation
- Superior written and verbal communication skills (preparation and proofreading of documents)
- Ability to show discretion with confidential and/or personal material
- Telephone Skills and Organization
