Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Assist with laundry and housekeeping
- Schedule appointments accurately
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and other office software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle phone systems effectively
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service principles
