RTE Supervisor

Bonté Foods is one of Atlantic Canada's fastest growing and diversified food manufacturing facilities, located in Dieppe, New Brunswick. We make high quality, great tasting food products under many brands including Bonte Foods, Chris Brothers and Natures Deli which are sold across Canada. Bonté Foods produces over 300 food products for the foodservice, grocer-retail and institutional markets, including donairs, gyro meat, pizza sauces, pepperoni, salami, ham, all-natural deli meats and more.

We are currently seeking the expertise of a Full-Time RTE Supervisor (Shift B) to join our

Management Team. Reporting to the Production Manager, this position will play a key role on our production team.

Responsibilities will include:

• General management and administrative responsibilities.
• Ensure Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations are followed throughout the entire food production process.
• Plan and manage production targets and goals to ensure line efficiency.
• Provide support and leadership to the department, to ensure ongoing improvement in production.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years in a similar supervisory position is an asset,
• Proven Leadership Skills,
• Previous Food Manufacturing Experience is an asset,
• Must be mechanical inclined,
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks,
• Able to work independently and within a team,
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines,
• Considerate of surroundings and safety for oneself and others

• Physically demanding
