We are looking for a VA Property Manager who will help to oversee the property investment portfolio virtually. This is a fully remote position. You will: Work closely with Karen, the Portfolio Manager and Riley Oickle the owner of the company. We will also introduce and have you assist other property investors with the normal tasks of a property manager. Have a 30-minute morning call check-in/debrief call Monday to Friday Keep our portfolio operating through by: Responding to the long term tenants and short term guest questions / enquiries Communicating with management and property owners Handling re-rentals, notices, adverts and repairs etc Training will be provided. You will have exclusive access to our professional training course through rentalconsulting.com.Through the training you will learn how to build and operate a real estate investment portfolio; you will also learn about day-to-day business operations at our company.
