Property Administrator
Job Description
Rosno Management and Leasing Ltd., a diversified property management company located in Halifax, is currently seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Property Administrator!
As the successful individual, you will bring to the table:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property administration
- Experience in property management and/or real estate would be considered an asset
- Experience with lease packages, tenant and superintendent communications.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other Property Management software
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge with social media platforms - specifically Instagram and Facebook
What you will be doing:
- Manage and update tenant leases and maintain account information
- Produce all tenant and superintendent communications
- Reception coverage, incoming phone calls, email, and respond to enquiries
- Maintaining other company records, preparing reports, excel spreadsheets, writing letters, advertising on social media and maintaining the company website
