• Stay updated with the latest software updates and technologies to ensure effective and efficient resolution of customer issues.
• Provide technical support to other team members and assist in training new members as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures for maintaining confidentiality, data security, and providing high-quality service to customers.
• Continuously improve the prompt resolution process by suggesting and implementing innovative solutions.
