Job Description
Requirements MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: College Degree in either Business, Healthcare or Information Technology OR an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Direct project experience with proven experience in coordinating healthcare OR IT projects. The candidate must be available to start work on the proposed date. Scored Requirements One year of experience supporting Healthcare IT system-related projects in a Project Manager/Coordinator role. 2+ years of demonstrated experience working with a high level of self-direction, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to confidently engage and collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders at all levels. 2+ years of demonstrated ability to multi-task, work with multiple teams supporting more than one project stream/activity at a time. 2+ years of knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, Teams) in the work environment. Verbal and written communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in both French and English is strongly preferred. Previous experience working within New Brunswick's two regional health authorities (RHA), showcasing a strong understanding of the local healthcare landscape, policies, and practices.. Roles And ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will be expected to: Facilitate communication and coordination with project team members, stakeholders at various levels, including clinicians, IT teams, healthcare administrators, and regulatory bodies. Support project status reporting and governance meeting planning for project Steering Committee and Working Groups. Assist in the development of materials to support the project using Office 365 Tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Report status and progress of assigned activities to project management as required. Other roles, tasks and duties as assigned.
