Your role In this role, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team as we continue to experience unprecedented growth. You will be joining our team of experts and will ge tthe opportunity to demonstrate your experience on projects where you have managed design and construction projects associated with buildings and facilities. Responsibilities: Lead building and facilities projects in various sectors including education healthcare, and corporate offices. Develop strong client relationships and act as the client’s single point of contact throughout the project to achieve the client’s goals and objectives Build trust with your Clients, so they rely on your knowledge, skills and expertise to achieve their business goals and objectives Work on a variety of building projects of varying in size and scope Ensure that client expectations and satisfaction are met or exceeded on all projects and the client’s best interests are represented with respect to contractual and technical issues Lead project teams Provide oversight and leadership of all elements of the project delivery Chair project and site meetings, find resolution to issues and coordinate between multiple stakeholders Regularly reporting on project status Provide leadership and mentorship of junior project resources Qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, representing owners to multiple stakeholders in the delivery of projects of varying size and scope in a range of sectors including, particularly buildings and facilities Experience in public sector projects is an asset A bachelors degree, or higher degree, or technical diploma in engineering, architecture, planning, project management, or construction management (or an equivalent combination of academic and practical experience) Strong knowledge of various types of construction methodologies, project management models and financial management Effective leadership and organizational skills with the ability to effectively influence others and successfully resolve a variety of client, project and technical issues Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Strong computer skills, including a working knowledge of scheduling (MS Project), word processing (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software applications PMP designation an asset Don’t have every single qualification?
