PLG Builders is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Estimator to join our team at a framing and demolition contracting company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of framing and demolition projects, from initial client consultation to project completion, ensuring that all work is completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and other project-related documents to accurately estimate the scope, cost, and duration of the project. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, ensuring that all work is completed on-time and within budget. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality standards. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that all work is completed within budget. Conduct regular project meetings with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure that project goals are being met. Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors as required. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure ongoing success. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or similar training in construction management, engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in project management and estimating in framing and demolition contracting. Proven track record of successful project management, from conception to completion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and subcontractor relationships. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
