Project Administrator

Duties:

• Daily/Weekly Timesheet Verification
• Reviewing and highlighting key points of weekly reports for quick review of management
• Review projects from previous week that hours were logged to verify proper safety inspections were completed.
• Administrative updates and review for vehicle maintenance logs, telematics, and vehicle compliance
• Project creation and setup in our project management software
• Maintaining and tracking incoming/outgoing inventory.
• Update master project schedule as projects are won and closed
• Adding and updating employee information into each system as required
• Collecting and adding client accounts into our main directories as required
• Manage same day schedule changes and contact appropriate departments as schedule changes are needed.

Skills/Traits:

• Strong understanding of Microsoft suite of products such as Word, Excel, etc.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project software considered an asset.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently.
• Work well in a team as well as independently.
• Able to adapt to changing responsibilities as needed to support the team.
• Analytical, able to review data with accuracy.
• Forward thinker who enjoys working process improvement projects

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $42,500.00-$45,000.00 per year
