What you’ll do The ability to work with colleagues and stakeholders to coordinate and gather feedback for floorplan optimization Floor plan management for space allocation and flow and adjacencies as it relates to seasonal changeover, visual initiatives and store modernization projects Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD for floor plan management and accuracy Project tracking and budget management support for space planning and applicable construction related projects Management of all space and capacity surveys supporting merchant and allocations to optimize inventory and space management Management of store asset repository Create and manage progress decks to be shared with key stakeholders What you bring University degree in related field is an asset Space Planning or relevant certification is an asset Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of the fundamentals of retail space planning.and analytics. Aptitude for collaboration, inclusion and developing strong relationships. Exceptional communication, organization and time management skills is required 5+ years related experience in retail space planning, store operations and visual merchandising Hybrid At Canadian Tire we value flexibility.
