Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily office operations
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate appointments with customers
- Prepare and distribute emails, and other correspondence
This position is for administrative support in our maintenance department located in our showroom at 5 Two Nations Crossing. This includes contacting customer to inform them their systems are due for cleanings, scheduling accordingly with our and customers availability, reviewing invoicing for past and upcoming appointments, assisting customeres in the showroom.
Position hours: Evenings throughout Monday-Friday and alternating weekends.
Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of office procedures and equipment
- Familiarity with phone systems and other office technology
