```Duties```
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Ensure accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist with front desk duties as needed, including answering phone calls, making reservations, and providing general information to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus, as it may be necessary to communicate with guests in different languages
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette is required
- Knowledge of hotel operations and customer service principles in the hospitality industry is beneficial
