CBU invites applications for a Medical Office Administrative Assistant. This is a full-time continuing role.
As a key part of a collaborative health care team in the Nancy Dingwall Health & Counselling Centre, the successful candidate will provide administrative support for the delivery of services to the University Community. This role is the initial point of access for people seeking health and counselling services on the campus. The position involves providing quality care in the reception role as well as daily administrative responsibilities that contribute to the effective delivery of health & counselling services on campus and as required connecting to various community supports.

The union affiliation of this position is with the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) Local 3131. Salary level is Band A4.
