Successful Candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Education Required: Post-Secondary Education in Business/Marketing
- Years of Experience Required : 1-3
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask with a "Can Do" attitude
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset (French and English)
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Project Coordination: Support our Senior Marketing Managers and Marketing Managers in the development and execution of marketing initiatives. This includes crafting creative briefs, generating assets, driving packaging innovation, coordinating campaign execution and other projects as needed
- Tradeshows and Events: Take charge of planning, coordinating, and executing Retail and Foodservice events. Work in tandem with the Retail and Foodservice Marketing teams to deliver successful tradeshows, customer events, and sponsorship activities.
- Customer Call Centre Leadership: Oversee our customer support agency to ensure all inquiries are routed to the appropriate stakeholders. Monitor customer interactions and manage the dashboard reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including invoicing, meeting coordination, sales support, managing sample requirements, GS1 inputs, coupon management, and overseeing sponsorship activities. Additionally, handle shipping and receiving tasks to ensure smooth operations.
