Knowledge Management Project Manager (Child Welfare) - REMOTE

Do you want to make a direct impact in improving the lives of refugee children? ICF is looking for a full time, home-based Project Manager to lead the development of a Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect website and repository of information that will be used by facilities that care for unaccompanied children, staff that work with unaccompanied children who have been released to sponsors in America, and federal staff working with this same population. In addition to the technical development of the information repository and website, the project manager will develop and manage a project plan to oversee the completion of project deliverables and directly supervise staff and consultants working on the development and maintenance of the repository and website. Desired areas of expertise include project management experience, experience with the federal Authorization to Operate (ATO) process, prior supervisory experience, and experience with child welfare or ORR unaccompanied children’s programs. Tier 2 Public Trust Clearance required.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development, launch and maintenance of a knowledge management strategy, including a website and information repositoryLead the process of securing a federal Authorization to Operate (ATO) for Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (PCAN) website.Develop, execute and monitor a project plan, risk register, stakeholder register and other relevant Project Management tools for the website project. Assure that all deliverables are met on time. Supervise content developers, consultants, and IT staff responsible for the development, launch and maintenance of website. Collaborate with the project Knowledge Management (KM) specialist, Training Team and Communications team to determine the most appropriate design and delivery of products. Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree OR Master's in social work, public administration, or relevant field 3+ years managing projects, tasks, personnel, or equivalent of project management such as managing multiple aspects of deliverables, deadlines, and partner relationships. Prior supervisory experience Successfully complete Federal and State criminal background checks (fingerprints) and Child Protective Services (CPS) clearances from each state in which he/she has lived for the past five years due to Government contract. Preferred SkillsProject Management Professional or similar certification Working knowledge of the refugee, immigrant, and asylee challenges Prior Child Welfare Experience Professional SkillsSolid team builder and team player with proven ability to manage competing priorities, perspectives, and stakeholder needs. Exceptional project management skills, with a focus on TA project management. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Ability to multi-task and maintain high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Demonstrated outstanding level of professionalism in providing administrative support, including ability to exercise good judgment, discretion, tact and diplomacy. The pay range for this position is:$68,325.00 - $116,152.00Nationwide Remote Office (US99)
