IT Technician

Job Description

We are looking Computer/Network Independent Contractor., you will invoice us for each job and you have your tools and your based on your own working hours for each job. ```expected tasks``` - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals - Set up and troubleshoot LAN connections - Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolution to technical issues - Collaborate with team members to identify and implement IT solutions - Assist with software installations, upgrades, and patches onsite for a client - Conduct system backups and ensure data integrity ```Requirements``` - Have a valid driving license and a car - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS) - Experience with desktop support and software troubleshooting - Knowledge of LAN/WAN networks and network protocols - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Job Type: Freelance Salary: $20.00-$45.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Application question(s): Do you have your car Are you located in Saskatoon Experience: Laptop disassembly: 2 years (required) Printer diagnostic and fix: 1 year (required) IT support: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
