Department: MarketingEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: Remote (Canada)Reporting To: Lynda ChauCompensation: $72,000 - $88,000 / yearDescriptionWe are hiring a new Intermediate Proposal Writer to join our Proposals team!As a Proposal Writer, Your Responsibilities AreEnhance the company's ability to secure new business through compelling proposals.Work with partners to develop proposals that take into account joint solutions.Collaborate with various departments to deliver cohesive and strategic proposals.To project manage a proposal through the proposal writing and interview processes. If you like coming into an office, you can work from our HQ as desired, and we also provide a co-working stipend for those who wish to work in an office outside Vancouver.The salary provided is the base salary, while the total remuneration for this job also involves a variable commission and equity.Key Responsibilities Proposal Development and Management:Research, write, and edit proposals, ensuring factual accuracy and alignment with company toneDeliver proposals as a bid prime or supporting a partner by subcontracting. Content Strategy and Collaboration:Develop winning content narratives, collaborating with product marketing Project Coordination and Strategy:Manage multiple proposal projects, run proposal kick-off meetings, deliver proposals, and project manage through the interview stage. About YouExperience writing B2G proposals for both Canada and the USA (ideally at 100k+ ARR)Experience in a start-up or scale-up SaaS companyExcellent project management skillsExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) It Will Be Considered a PlusExperience with proposal writing for transit technologyExperience project managing proposals from end to end (from proposal delivery through the interview stage)Don’t meet every single requirement?
