Your Role: As the Architect and Interior Designer for this project, you will be responsible for designing a home that could redefine eco-friendly living. Your work will be instrumental in obtaining investor approval and will set the stage for future Eco-Home models. Compensation: While there is no upfront payment, the commission is negotiable and will be reflective of the project's success post-investment approval.
