Position Overview: Bulletproof is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner who will partner with their assigned client groups to facilitate HR initiatives and support business strategies by focusing on the following:
- Partnering with Department leaders to determine recruitment needs and staffing objectives.
- Developing recruitment programs to attract, identify and source qualified candidates.
- Helping management proactively identify and resolve issues in employee relations, coaching managers on performance management, as needed.
- Ensuring successful implementation of key HR programs and launching new HR initiatives.
- Ensuring HR programs support the culture for the location.
- Recommending improvements to HR policies, training programs, wellness programs, etc.
- Provides guidance, support, and consultation to both leadership and employees.

- You will own and spearhead HR processes and initiatives while exercising good judgement that is in the best interest of the Company.
- You will convey policies and other HR related information confidently and knowledgably.

Qualifications & Experience: - A minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar position is required, including prior experience with recruiting, employee relations and working on HR projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- CPHR designation is a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and Word is required.
- Prior HRIS experience is required.
- Must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Must have demonstrated professionalism, including while working under pressure.
- Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
