Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner
Location: St-John, New Brunswick
Job Type: Maternity replacement -- 14-month contract
Our client is a leading manufacturing company. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing HR support to various departments, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and implement strategies for recruitment, onboarding, and retention.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Qualifications
What we are looking for :
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in human resources.
- Labour relations experience is also an asset
- Experience in conflict resolution and mediation is a strong asset
