Human resources business partner

Job Description
Role : HR Advisor

Location : St-John

Maternity leave replacement -- 14-month contract

Our partner, a leader in the manufacturing sector, is looking for an HR professional who is looking for a new and stimulating challenge . You'll be working with employees and managers to support the day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

What you would be doing as a relationship specialist :

  • Work with different line managers to resolve concerns and complaints, promote a constructive and cooperative approach to problem-solving, and investigate complaints.
  • Act as an expert in employee relations matters
  • Ensure that all activities carried out comply with applicable regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
  • Responsible for communication with our managers to keep them informed of processes, services,

training, etc.

  • Participate in daily operations in our various stations in your region.

Qualifications

What we are looking for :

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in human resources.
  • Labour relations experience is also an asset
  • Experience in conflict resolution and mediation is a strong asset
