We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential and Commercial Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining pristine and sanitized environments in both residential and commercial properties. This position requires a strong emphasis on driving, as you will be moving from location to location, and the candidate will also be responsible for providing their own cleaning supplies. Responsibilities: Cleaning Expertise: Perform thorough cleaning tasks for residential and commercial properties, ensuring exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards are met. Environmental Awareness: Adhere to environmentally friendly cleaning practices, using eco-friendly cleaning agents and techniques to minimize our ecological footprint. Driving and Transportation: Drive to various residential and commercial locations to conduct cleaning services efficiently and on schedule. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for this role. Supply Management: Provide and manage your own cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and utilized effectively during cleaning assignments. Adaptability: Adjust cleaning techniques and methods based on the unique needs of each location and property. Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment for both yourself and the occupants of the properties. Client Communication: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with clients, addressing any specific cleaning requirements they may have. Qualifications: Proven experience in residential and commercial cleaning, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness. Familiarity with environmentally friendly cleaning practices and a commitment to promoting sustainability in the cleaning industry. Reliable transportation to commute to different locations for cleaning assignments. Equipped with own cleaning suupplies and knowledge of how to use cleaning supplies Ability to work independently and efficiently manage cleaning schedules. Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand and fulfill client cleaning needs. Physical capability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies. Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning techniques and industry best practices.
