Momentum Developmental Support began as a residential-care system for adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Our team quickly learned these vibrant, complex people didn't just need housing and supervision. Rather, they needed a team who understood their abilities and mental health experiences. So we adapted, to meet our clients where they are and focus on enhancing futures.

It's more than just a job!

Work collaboratively with members of the care team to develop and implement a supportive living plan for clients. Lead teams of Developmental Support Workers to provide safe, healthy, and therapeutic home environments for the clients in your care with your can-do attitude.

What you'll bring? Post-secondary education, and knowledge or experience working in the health care or social science industry and a satisfactory Record of Conduct, Vulnerable Sector Check, and valid driver's license is required.
