Are you a Group Benefits Administration Specialist looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you 2 new contract opportunities for you to consider: Group Benefits Administration SpecialistStart: ASAPEstimated length: 6 monthsLocation: TorontoActively seeking for candidates with below requirements.AdvantagesYou will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.ResponsibilitiesManage requests and inquiries via various inboxes, maintaining service levels standardsPrioritize and assign work items in workflow tool based on set criteriaRetrieving, downloading and distributing of daily reportsFiling, photocopying and preparation of documents for off-site storageSort and distribute incoming hard copy mail or faxes and scan paper mail as requestedSupport additional functions critical to operations such as managing small projects, perform manual member transactions, or any other task as requestedSupport team on various clean up projects or initiatives that foster an organized and healthy work environmentContinually strive for process improvement by recommending and implementing change in current practices and proceduresPerform self-checks to ensure quality workIdentify opportunities for process improvement and contributes to increases in efficienciesQualificationsStrong communication skillsAttention to detailResults and solution-orientedStrong customer service skillsWell organized with the ability to prioritize tasks to ensure service standards are metFlexible and adaptableStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsAbility to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining a high degree of accuracyStrong team player with a high interest in working in a cross functional team environmentAbility to work independently with minimum direction and frequent interruptionsExcellent keyboarding and computer skills (Lotus Notes,Outlook ,Excel & Word)Post-secondary education in a related disciplineNice to Haves:Knowledge of Group BenefitsTraining experienceBilingualSummaryDo you have this experience?
