Job Description

Part time hours with potential to move into fulltime: 15-32 hrs per week. Blume is growing! We are looking to hire a Sales & Events Coordinator who has a deep passion for skincare.Requirements: This Freelance Sales Skincare Advisor Role is responsible for promoting and creating skincare magic in Sephora stores. This role is all about representing Blume, showcasing our products features and benefits, and expanding brand awareness of who we are. In this role you will be responsible for achieving sales targets through high level customer service, train Sephora beauty advisors on products and brand history, and partner with Blume management to support and host Sephora in-store skincare events in the Lower mainland area. This role exudes passion and enthusiasm for skincare, ingredients, and self-care. Duties:Strive to achieve sales & event goals, along with hourly sales targets.Create brand awareness with clients and beauty advisors through ongoing product education, tips, and tricks.Fully execute in- store events (set up, sales and breakdown)Conduct instore trainings on current assortments and new product launches.Seek out clients to showcase Blume to and uncover hidden needs.Assist and maintain a positive attitude of good communication, professionalism and passion with co-workers and store partners.Ensure Blume wall is shoppable and client ready during all sales hours.Maintain excellent hygiene standards cleaning displays, testers, and sellable products.Maintain good communication with Brand Field team regarding updates, inventory, sales needs and manage personal sales tracker: plugging in hours and total daily sales.
