Social Marketing and Management is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and innovative creative department. Responsibilities: Conceptualize and Design: Develop visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to social media graphics, website assets, digital ads, logos, branding and more. Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs align with the brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms and campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team, social media managers, and B. Social Marketing and Management clients to bring creative concepts to life, contributing to brainstorming sessions and offering valuable insights. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines without compromising the quality of work. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas to the team. Requirements: Proven Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design project. Proficiency in Design Tools: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools including Canva. Creativity: A natural flair for creative thinking and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into visually appealing designs. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and explain design concepts to team members and clients. Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred, however proven experience and aligned style is the most important.
