Job Description

Responsibilities: - Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, and heavy equipment - Transport goods and materials to designated locations - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks - Follow traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance - Communicate with dispatchers or supervisors to receive instructions or updates on delivery routes - Complete necessary paperwork, such as delivery logs or inspection reports Requirements: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Commercial driver's license (CDL) may be required for certain positions - Experience in operating heavy equipment and forklifts is preferred - Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus - Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading cargo - Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines - Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
