We are looking for experienced Data Entry Rebate Clerk for a temp to perm opportunity in Northwest Edmonton, AB. Schedule: Monday- Friday (8:00AM – 4:30PM) Location: Northwest Edmonton, AB. Job type: Contract (Temp to perm) opportunity. Qualification: Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Ability to quickly learn new skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Microsoft Excel Able to maintain confidential information. High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in Data Entry would be an asset. Responsibilities: Perform full-cycle processing of rebate claims, including: Logging rebate claims Communicating with vendors for approvals of rebate claims Entering approved rebate claims into software Printing, scanning, and emailing approved rebate claims to vendors when processed.
