Are you a Data Analyst Expert looking for a new opportunity?Are you looking for a new contract opportunity?We are pleased to offer you a new contract opportunity for you to consider: Data Analyst ExpertStart: ASAPEstimated length: 12 MonthsLocation: Toronto Onsite roleActively seeking for candidates with below requirements.AdvantagesYou will have an opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with Product Owners and development teams, to promote the growth andcontinuous improvement of digital channels through in-depth analytics.Work alongside a product owner(s), and be responsible for analyzing the digital behavior ofclients and providing modeling and execution support to assist in personalizing experiencesParticipate on a team where data, measurement, and analysis is integral to smart decisionmaking and building awesome products and featuresProvide objective, value-added insights and analysis to help drive optimization across productsKPIs (i.e increased usage and sales recommendations)Build critical understanding of customers and how they use products and be a strong internalvoice for the power of analytics as a driver of business valueThe delivery of business value in this role comes from a combination of knowledge transfer tokey stakeholders and the provisioning of data services and tests to client facing applications(Public websites, Online Banking, Mobile apps)Analyze large data sets and representing the behavior of digital product users to provide insightsabout user actions that help owners optimize on KPIs (i.e. conversions, attribution models, pathanalysis, cohort analysis, conversion analytics, etc.)Consult with digital team leaders to understand goals and identify potential analytics projects orsolutions to further the objectives of the Digital Product teamsSupport Multivariate and A/B testing by exposing core insights from the data to suggest, createand execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive fundamental improvements to the siteExperienceResponsible for managing and developing business relationships with Digital product ownersand key partners, including conducting regular monthly business reviewDeliver clear, concise and timely analysis with team members and stakeholders identifyingtrends, issues and opportunities, performance analysis, dashboards, benchmarking, salesreports, customer profile/segmentation, etc.Work closely with developers to modify digital content based on business rules and modelsQualifications10+ years’ experience in related digital product development or data mining roleBA/BSc or above in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, software engineeringor related quantitative fieldAdvanced knowledge of R, Python, SQL or SASUnderstanding of marketing analytics, data mining, experimentation and measurementKnowledge of web and mobile development processesNice-to-haveFamiliar with online tools such as Google Analytics Premium and TableauKnowledge of graph analytics (Neo4j, DataStax, Neptune)Experience with the deployment of APIs and services for front-end personalizationKnowledge of graph analytics (Neo4j, DataStax, Neptune)Ability to code in ScalaKnowledge of statistical modeling and forecastingSkills & Competencies:The ideal candidate has a passion for data, a strong background in quantitative analysis and thelatest technologies and an interest in finance and bankingStrong team player with track record of collaboration and experience working as part of an agileteamProven analytics and problem solving skillsStrong drive and desire to understand relationship of organizational componentsAttributes:Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skillsHighly detail oriented and comfortable with large amounts of dataAbility to multi-task and prioritize/complete projects in a timely mannerSummaryDo you have this experience?
