Bilingual Customer Support We are seeking a multi-skilled Bilingual Customer Support agent who will be the pillar of support in client-facing communications and behind-the-scenes with product development and reliability. The role is a marriage of customer service, product development and communications/digital marketing. The right person is a technically minded, process-driven, results-focused individual who can liaise with Sowingo’s internal Sales and Marketing team and external partners to deliver high-quality service to existing and prospective clients. The candidate is a self-starter who, with guidance, can manage their own daily workload, operate well under pressure and balance competing priorities in a fun, results-oriented work environment. Examples of work you will do on a normal workday: ● Provide customer service and support to new and existing customers via email and telephone communication. ● Schedule and conduct online tutorials, and other client outreach when necessary. ● Attend trade shows and other industry events, as necessary. ● Site reliability testing and contribute to product development. ● Other duties as determined from time to time. Qualities we are looking for in candidates: ● Bachelor’s degree. ● Bilingual in both French and English. ● Solid interpersonal and time-management skills. ● Strong communication skills (written and spoken). ● Organized and detail oriented. ● Previous experience with digital marketing is a plus. ● Previous client relations experience is a plus. ● Competency in basic computer skills and moderate level of tech savvy.
