We are currently seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join our team based in our St. John’s, NL office.
Type of Position: Full-Time, Permanent

The Opportunity:
An integral member of our corporate team, the firm’s Corporate Paralegals are responsible for providing a broad range of corporate services support to the business department.
In particular, the successful candidate will be responsible for tasks related to name searches and reservations, incorporation / organization of provincial & federal entities, review & maintenance of corporate minute books, and preparation of annual & other routine resolutions.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for various types of registrations & amendments, conducting corporate searches / other public record searches, maintenance of the firm’s corporate records database, and various other duties as assigned.
If you are a paralegal or legal administrative professional, with strong technical skills, and excellent organizational and communications abilities, we want to hear from you! Experience supporting a corporate law practice would be considered an asset.
