We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our team in Saint John, NB.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the use of current technology, by department, and work with department heads to understand their productivity goals & objectives.
• Identify opportunities to achieve department goals through the improved utilization of current technology.
• Lead technology-based initiatives and drive to the improved productivity outcome.
• Liaison between IT and the Business Departments.
• Provide input and recommendations for new technology investments, by department, to improve productivity.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of related experience
• Business Analyst Experience
• Project Management Experience
• Understanding of integrations, ETL (& SQL)
• Ability to document business needs and translate to IT requirements.
• Experience with ERP's, CRM's, AP Automation, Point-of-Sales, and O365 with Power Automate are all considered Assets.
