Saint John, NB.
The Role
This is a project-based role facilitating the implementation and optimization of Shared Services critical finance systems and processes. Reporting to the Director, Shared Services Operations, you will have the opportunity to:

We will provide you with training on tools, technologies, and improvement methodologies to ensure your success and growth in this role and on our team.
Team Description
Shared Services Operations is made up of a collection of people with diverse backgrounds and skillsets. We work closely with great teams across Finance and our Operations to implement and improve Finance Shared Services processes. We combine analytical and strategic thinking to develop innovative solutions for our internal business partners. We look for individuals with experience in this area or people looking to broaden their horizons.

Irving, Limited through process improvement, automation, and data analytics. Responsibilities for this role include:
- Assess improvement opportunities and work collaboratively with teammates and stakeholders to identify ways to optimize and redesign processes using continuous improvement and/or technology
- Assist and lead initiatives from ideation through to solution design, testing, training, and delivery
- Assist with and support the continued success of existing solutions
- Engage with our business partners to understand their needs and facilitate collaborative sessions with them and your peers to find the best solution
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with stakeholders, understand their requirements and communicate those requirements to solution providers
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma
- Strong aptitude for technology and systems, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet targets with limited supervision
- Strong communication skills – able to elicit information from and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- High level of perseverance
- High attention to detail
