Bilingual Sales Administrator (FT)

Job Description
Bilingual Sales Administrator

As the Bilingual Sales Administrator, you will be accountable for controlling all internal and external documentation pertinent to Sales in order to maximize revenue. You will ensure that the equipment shipments and billing are accurately and efficiently processed within the scheduled time frames. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and Process Leases and purchases, service agreements and equipment order entry
  • Bill sales transactions
  • Track all order activity in individual Sales Representative Sales Log
  • Process equipment pick-ups as applicable to respective transaction
  • Process all invoice charges from Canon, ISG, and Canon dealers
  • Process leasing charges including residuals
  • Ensure accurate application of sales and service promotional programs to sales transactions
  • Review and audit complete Billing Packages pertinent to Service and Lease Agreements prior to proceeding with equipment order entry and invoicing.
  • Provide accurate and timely order status

To Succeed, You Will Need

  • Post-Secondary Education
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive work experience
  • Excellent mathematical skills
  • High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, able to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Available for overtime
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel

Language Requirement

  • In this job, you will be required to provide support nationally. As customers and work colleagues are spread out across Canada, both English and French (written and spoken) is needed for day-to-day responsibilities such as: respond to customer (internal and external) calls from other provinces, review documents generated in other provinces, etc... Therefore, you must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages

Administrateur/Administratrice Bilingue des ventes

?? titre d?۪administrateur/administratrice bilingue des ventes, vous aurez la responsabilit̩ de fournir du soutien aux repr̩sentants des ventes de Canon. Ce qui signifie que vous aurez ?? transmettre les demandes des clients, ?? traiter les commandes, ?? fournir des devis estimatifs et des renseignements tels que l?۪inventaire et la fixation des prix. Vous serez responsable de la v̩rification de tous les documents de ventes internes et externes afin de maximiser les revenus, ce qui comprend le suivi des objectifs de ventes et la mise ?? jour des bases de donn̩es des clients. Vous vous assurerez aussi que les exp̩ditions d?۪̩quipement et la facturation sont trait̩es correctement et dans le d̩lai prescrit. Les heures de travail sont du lundi au vendredi, de 09h00 ?? 17h00.

T̢ches Principales Et Responsabilit̩s

  • R̩viser et traiter les locations et les achats, les ententes de services et les entr̩es de commandes de mat̩riel Facturer les transactions de vente
  • Faire le suivi de toutes les activit̩s de commandes dans le journal de ventes de chaque repr̩sentant des ventes
  • Effectuer la prise en charge de mat̩riel telle qu?۪elle s?۪applique respectivement ?? chaque transaction
  • Traiter tous les frais factur̩s de Canon, du GSI et des d̩taillants de Canon
  • Traiter les frais de location, y compris les frais r̩siduels
  • S?۪assurer que les programmes promotionnels de ventes et de services sont appliqu̩s aux transactions de vente avec exactitude
  • R̩viser et v̩rifier la conformit̩ de la facturation compl̬te avec les ententes de services et de locations avant d?۪effectuer l?۪entr̩e des commandes de mat̩riel et la facturation
  • Fournir l?۪̩tat des commandes de mani̬re pr̩cise et en temps voulu
