Bilingual Call Center Representative
Job Description
The Job:
As a Bilingual Remote Outbound Sales Associate, you will place calls to existing and past customers:
- Making outbound calls, promoting TV, internet, and mobility
- Building rapport, and creating a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
- Presenting products and services based on the customers’ needs, and handling objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
- Review the customers’ file to ensure they’re receiving the best value for their account
- Developing relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

You’d be a great fit if you:
- Are fluent in speaking, writing, and reading both French and English
- Are a sales-oriented individual with at least 6 months of sales experience
- Have previous call center experience
- Have a quiet place to work, free from distractions
- Have experience working with computers, and the ability to use multiple platforms at the same time with ease
- Are a problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that make sense for our client and the customer
- Have the ability to connect a computer directly to your modem with an Ethernet cable while working
